POP!'s customer service goal is simple: We are committed to providing our customers complete satisfaction. Please understand that our products come from various locations around the world so they may take slightly longer to ship and arrive at your doorstep. Some rare items are also made to order. If something is out of stock, it will produced and/or brought into stock from one of the showrooms for you. Please bare with us while we process your order. We appreciate your patience.
That said, most of our items ship out immediately from the United States and others come from Australia, and Bali. We happily do special-orders for our customers on a regular basis. We believe this is a great value-added service. Because of this, some items may be either specially-produced, or specially-made, or special-ordered just for you. With this in mind, please bare with us, we will guarantee that we will ship out as fast as possible, but we can not always guarantee delivery times. Please feel free to drop us a line to share your thoughts about our products, brand, the site, etc. All comments are welcomed. Let us know if you have recommendations about us adding your favorite brand, etc.
All sales are final! We can not offer cash refunds. However we will exchange an item if it is defective.
